Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technically necessary connection and log data. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system and technical status information.

The processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably, identify technical faults and protect against misuse. Depending on the hosting agreement, IONOS may also provide its own web analytics based on server access data. We do not integrate any additional analytics or tracking software. The legal basis for hosting is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Age Confirmation

Nach Ihrer Bestätigung, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind, wird diese Information für die Dauer der aktuellen Browsersitzung im Sitzungsspeicher Ihres Browsers gespeichert. Nach Beendigung der Browsersitzung wird die Bestätigung gelöscht und bei einem späteren Besuch erneut abgefragt. Es werden dabei weder Ihr Name noch Ihr Geburtsdatum gespeichert oder an uns übertragen.

When you contact us by email, the information you provide is used to process your enquiry. Please note that email transmission may involve security risks.

The processing is carried out to handle your enquiry and, where your enquiry relates to a potential event or business relationship, to take steps prior to entering into a contract. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.

Newsletter

When you submit the newsletter form, we process your email address, your optional first name, the time of registration, and the version and content of your consent. This information is initially stored in a temporary file on our web space that is protected against public access. At the same time, we send a random, single-use confirmation link exclusively to the email address entered.

The link is valid for 48 hours. Without confirmation, the operator does not receive an addition notification; the temporary record is deleted no later than after this period when a subsequent registration or confirmation request is made. After successful confirmation, we send the registration and confirmation data to our internal mailbox as evidence. Only then is the temporary record deleted from the web server and the confirmed address manually added to our exclusively locally maintained newsletter list. No permanent newsletter database or recipient list is maintained on the web server.

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing info@ackermann-weinevents.de The locally stored information is deleted if you withdraw your consent or the purpose of processing no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Your Rights

Where personal data is processed, you may in particular have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
